James Cameron is one of the more interesting filmmakers of the last 40 years. To have been in the game for so long, he has a relatively short feature filmography as a director, but the man has made it count. The Avatar and Terminator franchises make up half of his catalog, with Titanic probably being the first film that comes to mind when people hear his name. That’s quite the place in film history (even if I do think we need more True Lies type stuff!). What’s more lasting may be his impact on the technical aspect of filmmaking. With Avatar: Fire and Ash dropping this month, Brandon and I thought it would be the perfect time to look back on Cameron’s work on this episode of The Vick’s Flicks Podcast.
